Find your case. What changes for your business.

IT service provider, system house, MSP or bidder in a public tender: here is the problem you have today, and what changes with Airfy.

01 · Use cases

Five cases: your problem, and what changes.

Each case starts where you stand today. Under “What changes” you see what changes with Airfy, and how firm that is.

01

IT service providers

You look after the IT of businesses in your region.

Your problem

Your customers ask for Wi‑Fi. But round-the-clock operations for a handful of networks don’t pay, and someone still has to answer the question: who goes out at night?

What changes

You sell Wi‑Fi as a service, without building an operations team. In “Hand over”, Airfy handles configuration, monitoring, firmware and troubleshooting remotely; you or your customer mount the hardware on site.

  • Proposed“Hand over” is a proposal and not yet confirmed.
  • OpenService levels are not set.
02

System houses

You run your customers’ networks as a partner of a large vendor.

Your problem

Airfy runs only on its own hardware. Offering it means replacing your main vendor’s devices, and possibly putting your tier and discounts there at risk.

What changes

You don’t have to switch everything. Airfy sets up your partner account, and you start with one customer. If you want to keep operating yourself: in “Run it yourself”, Airfy supplies hardware, cloud and support.

  • TodayAirfy sets up partner accounts; you start with one customer.
  • Proposed“Run it yourself” is not yet confirmed.
03

Managed service providers

You operate IT for many customers under contract.

Your problem

Many customers, many sites, and each of them has to stay cleanly separated.

What changes

All your customers in one console, each with its own account. It is the same console Airfy uses for its own customers.

  • TodayThe platform is already in use at customer sites.
04

Bidders in public tenders

You bid when a school authority, a city or a hospital puts Wi‑Fi out to tender.

Your problem

A tender needs a provider who bids and carries the offer, with the documents to back it up.

What changes

You bid yourself, as the provider. The documents for it are in preparation.

05

Companies already working with Airfy

You know an industry and its customers inside out.

Your problem

You see what an AI product could do for your industry, but technology is not your business.

What changes

A joint venture: you bring the industry and the customers, Airfy brings the technology. Together you build an AI product for your industry.
